Jon started working in the trades at 15, learning hands on from people who believed in doing things right. His leadership comes from experience in the field, not corporate scripts. Jaimie brings the science, using her chemistry background to design smart, data-driven solutions for the water and air challenges unique to this region.
The name Element blends both sides of their story: Jon’s skateboarding roots, balance, resilience, precision and Jaimie’s love of chemistry, where elements are the foundation of everything. Together, that mindset shapes how we serve our community.
